Information you provide and information processed automatically

Jacksondowner.com does not provide user accounts or operate the checkout where an order is submitted and paid for. The site does provide a shopping cart. When you add a product, Fourthwall creates or updates the cart using the selected product variant and quantity. Checkout takes place on Fourthwall’s hosted service at shop.jacksondowner.com, where payment, shipping, taxes, and final order submission are handled.

If you request release announcements, the site processes your email address, your Music or Podcast preference, the time and source of your request, and your subscription or unsubscribe status. This information is used only to provide and manage the updates you requested. New subscribers receive a one-time welcome email, and release announcements begin without a separate confirmation step.

If you select an email link and send a message, your email address, message, and any information you choose to include are processed through your email provider and the receiving email service. That information is used to read, respond to, and manage the communication.

Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security information. This is used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and protect it from abuse.

Jacksondowner.com does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used to understand site traffic, content performance, and meaningful actions such as update signups, podcast listening, streaming-platform selections, and merchandise activity. Google may process information such as the pages you visit, referring pages, interactions, browser and device information, approximate location information derived from an IP address, and first-party analytics cookies. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalized advertising signals, and Google Signals are disabled in this implementation.

Device storage and cookies

The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage so it can remember the theme you selected. When you add merchandise, it also stores a Fourthwall cart identifier in local storage so the cart can be retrieved and updated as you move between pages or return on the same browser. The identifier is not payment-card information. Google Analytics sets first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visits and usage.

You can also clear stored site data through your browser. Doing so may reset the theme choice, clear the remembered merchandise cart, and clear analytics cookies on that browser or device.

Hosting, email delivery, security, audio, and third parties

Service providers supporting jacksondowner.com, including those used for hosting, delivery, security, analytics, and email, may process information to provide those services or under their own terms, depending on the provider. Podcast audio can be delivered from a third-party media host, which may receive ordinary connection information when the player loads or is used.

Kit receives the email address and preference needed to send welcome messages and release announcements, manage unsubscribes, suppress bounced or complained-about addresses, and protect sender reputation. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security information to distinguish legitimate signup requests from automated abuse. These providers process information under their own terms as service providers supporting the site.

Fourthwall provides the merchandise catalog, cart, hosted checkout, payment processing, order administration, fulfillment, shipping support, and related commerce services. Jacksondowner.com sends Fourthwall the selected product variant, quantity, and cart identifier needed to create or update a cart. If you continue to checkout, the personal, contact, shipping, billing, payment, order, tax, fraud-prevention, and support information you provide is processed through Fourthwall and its service providers under the Fourthwall Privacy Policy .

The site also links to independent services such as Spotify, Apple Music and Apple Podcasts, YouTube, SoundCloud, and Beacons. When you follow an external link, that service’s privacy policy and settings apply. Jacksondowner.com does not control how those independent services process information.

Retention and your choices

Email correspondence is retained as reasonably needed to respond to and manage the communication. Release-update information is retained while your subscription remains active and as reasonably needed afterward for unsubscribe, suppression, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. You can stop release announcements through the unsubscribe link included in every message. Analytics information is retained according to the settings in the Google Analytics account. Your theme preference remains on your device until you change it or clear the site’s stored data. The Fourthwall cart identifier remains on your device until stored site data is cleared or the saved cart can no longer be retrieved, at which point jacksondowner.com removes the unusable identifier.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights relating to personal information. Requests concerning those rights may be submitted using the privacy contact information below and will be handled as required by applicable law.

Children and policy updates

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If information known to have been provided by a child under 13 is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
